Empty Office Building to Become Beacon of Hope for the Impoverished in Pittsburgh

EWTN News Nightly – Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh is launching its compassion corner initiative, which will transform a vacant 45,000 square foot building into a center for health care and mental health services, job training and meal programs, and a variety of other resources. The Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, Susan Rauscher, joins to explain the genesis of this program and the need in Pittsburgh for such a facility.
