Real Estate Donation
Donating property—whether land, homes, or commercial assets—is a powerful way to support our mission of creating solutions and offering hope to those in need.
In partnership with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), Catholic Charities welcomes real estate gifts in any location, provided there is equity. We can help—even if there are back taxes, mortgage balances, or deferred maintenance.
Our program covers:
- Payoff of all loans, liens, and commissions
- All closing costs
- Full property processing
You may also qualify for a significant tax deduction, especially if the property is underused or costing you money.
