2026 Bridge to Stability Campaign
Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for the Bridge to Stability Campaign is a distinguished group of community leaders, philanthropists, and strategic advisors dedicated to transforming the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors. Tasked with providing the strategic oversight and financial stewardship necessary to achieve our campaign goals, the ELT ensures that every resource is effectively directed toward moving families from immediate crisis to long-term, sustainable stability. By bridging the gap between temporary aid and permanent resilience, these leaders act as the architects of a stronger, more compassionate community.
We’re honored to have Perry Napolitano serving as Chair of the Bridge to Stability Campaign. Perry is leading the charge toward our ambitious goal of raising $1,000,000 by May 31, 2026. His leadership and commitment to Catholic Charities’ mission are helping us build real bridges from crisis to stability for families across Southwestern Pennsylvania—and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him at the helm.
