Human beings are created for relationship—with God and with one another. Catholic Social Teaching reminds us that our dignity is upheld not only through personal rights, but through active participation in family and society. We are called to build communities rooted in justice, compassion, and the common good.
This teaching comes into focus in November. All Saints’ Day celebrates our spiritual family in heaven, while All Souls’ Day invites us to pray for those who have gone before us. Thanksgiving offers a moment to reflect on the blessings of shared life, gratitude, and belonging.
As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.

God of Communion,
You created us to live not in isolation but in relationship—with You and with one another. Strengthen our families, deepen our sense of community, and inspire us to participate in building a world where all are welcomed, valued, and heard.
We offer these intentions:
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
