Waitlist Engagement Volunteer

Catholic Charities is looking for a volunteer who can assist our Crisis Case Management and Housing Case Management Programs.
This volunteer will contact clients on the waitlist for case management programs for check-ins to identify changes in needs and to determine if a case needs more immediate attention. This volunteer will be empowered to provide tangible assistance in the form of “Baby Boxes” or “Basic Needs” boxes as needed to individuals and families waiting to be enrolled in case management services.
The volunteer will also work with clients to identify documents required for the specific program and submitting requested documents. Must be able to commit to a minimum of two hours a week.
The following clearances are required: PA Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance.
