Almighty Creator, Filled with gratitude for the precious gifts You've bestowed upon us, we praise You for the fundamental rights you have granted us. We thank you for the responsibility that accompanies these rights, the responsibility to use them wisely and to respect the rights of others and to work towards a just society.

Almighty ever-living God, Increase our faith, hope and charity, and make us love what you command, so that we may merit what you promise.

Almighty God, We give your praise as our Creator, bestowing life and dignity among all people. Created in Your image and likeness, help us to respect the dignity of all people, regardless of their circumstances. Grant, we pray, that we may be moved to protect the lives and dignity of all.

Loving God, Lord of the Sabbath, Master of the Vineyard, As we seek to respond to this call of dignity and rights of workers, may our wills be aligned with Yours to promote an economy that protects human life, defends human rights, and advances the well-being of all.

We look toward the perfect unity of the Blessed Trinity as an example of unity for family and community to strive for. As we turn to You, renew us with confidence and compassion as we invest our hearts into Your people.

We proclaim Your greatness, O God, Your praise ever in our mouth; Every face brightened in Your light, For You hear the cry of the poor.

We are called to protect people and the planet, living our faith in relationship with all of Gods creation. This environmental challenge has fundamental moral and ethical dimensions that cannot be ignored.

Empower us to join hands on our journey of faith. Send us Your Spirit of hope, so that we may work to alleviate human suffering and foster charity and justice in our world.

You molded man from the good Earth of Your creation and made him in Your image. We recognize that You have made us stewards of this world and we are called to protect what You have given us. We give You praise for the abundant beauty offered to us in this world. As we come together in prayer to help protect Your creation, we ask You to guide us to better cultivate our surroundings so we may please You.

We praise you as our Creator, wondering at Your design and purpose for each of us. We confess that we rarely think about the divinity of the daily work you put before us. Additionally, we also frustrate the work of others, dismissing their efforts or denying their investment of heart and mind. Create in us a true understanding of our high calling and show us how to extend our hands to those who might not yet know their worth in You.
