Lenten Examination
Holy Week
—
This Lent, we invite you to join us in prayerful reflection. Each week, we will share emails filled with thoughtful intentions and guided prayers to help us prepare our hearts for Easter.
Core Principle: Work
—
The work we do—whether in an office, at home, or in service to others—has purpose. When we dedicate our efforts to God, our work becomes more than tasks on a to-do list. It becomes an offering.
During Holy Week, as we reflect on Christ’s sacrifice, let’s also reflect on how we can serve Him through our daily work. Whether big or small, seen or unseen, our efforts matter when done in love.
As you move through this sacred week, may your hands be guided by Christ. May your heart be filled with purpose. And may all you do reflect His love.
Reflect & Reset:
- Before you end your day, review your work.
- Did you approach it with love?
- Offer your efforts—past, present, and future—to God.
Scriptural Reflection
—
Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for others …
Colossians 3:23
Breath Prayer
—
As you inhale, pray:
Christ, guide my hands and heart.
As you exhale, pray:
May my work honor You.
Let this prayer remind you of the purpose in your work.
