Lenten Examination

First Week of Lent

This Lent, we invite you to join us in prayerful reflection. Each week, we will share emails filled with thoughtful intentions and guided prayers to help us prepare our hearts for Easter.

Core Principle: Spirit

The Holy Spirit is always present, moving within us, guiding us in ways we may not even recognize. During Lent, we are called to slow down and become more aware of His presence. This season of reflection is an opportunity to welcome His peace into our daily lives.

As you begin this Lenten season, remember that you are a temple of God, a dwelling place of the Spirit. No matter where you are or what you face, you are never alone. God’s Spirit is within you, strengthening, comforting, and leading you forward.

Reflect & Reset:

  • Where have you felt the presence of the Holy Spirit today?
  • Where do you need to invite Him in more fully?

Scriptural Reflection

Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

1 Corinthians 3:16

Breath Prayer

As you inhale, pray:

Holy Spirit, fill me.

As you exhale, pray:

Let me abide in Your peace.

Let this prayer be your anchor throughout the week.
