Lonni DePolo

Lonni case manages the PATH Program – a program for 18 to 21 year olds with mental health and substances abuse struggles. Lonni came to us as a skilled mental health case manager and has added to the success of the program. She immediately engaged with those we serve and quickly built strong clinical relationships with some of the hardest to serve individuals. Lonni is quick to help wherever needed and is an excellent addition to our Butler Outreach Team.
