Catholic Charities, Diocese of Pittsburgh & Gift of Mary, joyfully invite you to the public launch of the Campaign for Compassion Corner.

Order of Events

  1. Welcome & Networking - Join us for a light reception and a chance to connect with fellow supporters of Catholic Charities.

  2. Campaign Presentation - Learn more about the Campaign for Compassion Corner and the vital services it will provide to our community.

  3. Candle Lighting Ceremony - A special candle lighting ceremony will be held to signify hope, compassion, and the collective commitment to serving those in need.

  4. Mass  - Join the Most Reverend David A. Zubik for Mass at noon celebrated next door at Saint Mary of Mercy Church. All guests are warmly welcomed.

Parking Information:

The Boulevard of the Allies between Wood Street and Stanwix Street will be closed to public traffic starting at 10:00 am to accommodate the Compassion Corner Launch Event. However, you can still conveniently access nearby parking to the event by using the PPG Garage entrance located on Third Avenue.

Compassion Corner's 3rd Avenue entrance, located across from PPG Wintergarden, will be open for entry in addition to the main entrance on Boulevard of the Allies.

We recommend planning your arrival accordingly.
